What this notice covers

This notice covers the commercial proof website at woodpeckertampa.com. Fatih’s original studio website at thewoodpeckertampa.com has its own privacy notice.

Information you submit

The commercial project form collects the name, organization, role, contact information, preferred response method, project type, location, quantity or scope, decision window, project details, consent, and the website source information connected to the submission.

First-party measurement

The site records limited first-party events such as page views, form starts, successful submissions, and clicks on project-review, email, phone or text actions. It also records the page, referring website without its query string, and campaign tags in the URL. Session-only browser storage keeps the initial source while a visitor moves between this site’s pages. It does not intentionally store an IP address, advertising identifier, cross-site tracking cookie, or the contents of unrelated browsing.

How the information is used

The information is used to evaluate and respond to commercial projects, prevent lost inquiries, measure which outreach produced a genuine opportunity, and document whether the website contributed to an accepted job. The Woodpecker Tampa and its contracted marketing support may handle the information for those purposes.

Sharing and retention

Project information is kept separate from HEHA customer data and is not sold. It may be shared with The Woodpecker Tampa personnel and service providers needed to host the site, deliver alerts, communicate with you, or complete a project. Inquiry details are reviewed for deletion after 24 months without project activity, unless an active contract, payment record, security need or legal obligation requires longer retention. Aggregate conversion records are reviewed after 13 months.
